Team Torment is a new youth girl's basketball team for the Champaign-Urbana area for girls going into 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade in the fall of 2018.  Tournaments/Games will be played in Illinois, as well as the surrounding states.  Team Torment is the vision of Coach Heather Craven, Tolono Unity alumni, who has many years coaching girls basketball.  Her vision is to give youth girls the opportunity to build on their basketball fundamentals and cultivate a safe and disciplined environment in order to develop and maintain their highest level/potential in the game of basketball.

Credits include:

• 4 year letter winner at Tolono Unity High School, All-Conference 3 years, All Area 1st team Senior Year
• 2 years DACC basketball player and 2 year Academic All-American
• Graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Coaching Certification from UIUC, Teaching Certification from EIU, and ASEP coaching certification
• 13 years girl's basketball coaching experience for girls 4th-12th grade, including Unity Jr. High, JFK Catholic High School and Ursuline Academy in St. Louis, Mahomet-Seymour High School and Franklin Middle School.
• Coached Red Raiders Basketball Select Team 4th-6th grade in St. Louis, MO
